Ordering

Quantities of product when ordering are the responsibility of the customer, who can not return extra volume they may have purchased by mistake. If we are asked to quote product quantity, this will be accurately based on the information supplied to us by the customer.

Delivery

Products are delivered to your chosen address, kerbside. This does not include placement within your property and moving, positioning products is not included.
You should allocate space for access to deliver products, especially balustrade. These items will be delivered packed on pallets.
If a delivery time/day has been arranged and accepted by you and you are not available to take delivery, and have not contacted us, you may be charged for a second attempt at arranged delivery. If a pallet service is unable to deliver due to location restrictions you may be charged for further attempts or the cost of returning the products to our dispatch location.

Damaged goods and Returns

Products should be checked for damage at the point of delivery and if damage has occurred you should sign for this as such at delivery. You should contact us for details of where to return (or we may collect) the product and we will provide a replacement if damage was incurred during delivery transit.

The period for returns is within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned at the cost of the purchaser to the point of dispatch, in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

If a product is delivered with missing parts we will arrange shipment of these parts to you as soon as possible.
